Making life after loss easier —
one task at a time.

Does this sound like you?

You’re not alone.

Most people don’t realize that, regardless of the circumstances, grief affects the brain in real, measurable ways.

It can disrupt memory, impair decision-making, and leave you emotionally and physically depleted. And still, the demands that follow a loss can be immediate and unrelenting.

It’s no wonder you feel overwhelmed.

There’s a lot to do.

After a loss, the to-do list can feel endless and completely out of sync with your emotional capacity.

There are accounts to close, belongings to sort, documents to organize, and immediate and long-term decisions to make. Whether you're handling things locally or from out of state, it's easy to feel paralyzed by the pressure to get it all right.

You don’t have to do it alone.

That’s where we come in.

The After Loss Company helps individuals and families manage the administrative burden and unexpected tasks and activities that follow a loss. Whether you want a step-by-step plan or someone to step in altogether, we offer flexible and scalable support options for the full spectrum of needs that follow loss.

Our Mission, Rooted in Experience

The After Loss Company was created to meet a need that most people don’t see coming — the overwhelming, often invisible work that follows the death of a loved one.

After experiencing this firsthand with the sudden loss of her husband, founder Kelsey June, knew how disorienting the days and weeks after can be: account closures, belongings to sort, emotional decisions, paperwork, bureaucratic hurdles — all while simply trying to get through the day.

With a background in high-level executive support, advance planning, and real estate, Kelsey brings rare expertise to this work. But what defines The After Loss Company is more than logistics — it’s the grounded, capable presence we offer in life’s hardest moments. We walk with our clients through what comes after, offering structure, support, and steady partnership when it’s needed most.
